Actually, if you make chocolate buttercream and then color it black it doesn't taste bad. Especially if you add a little extra cocoa powder. And it's sooooo much easier to color chocolate black then white, I learned that the hard way! LOL

It's easy. It's called a comb, it's a triangle with different teeth on each side that you just run along the cake. Decorating cakes isn't half as hard as it looks.
